The subconscious mind is an area within ourselves that we hardly ever get to enter. Most of us don't even know what is in there.

So, how can we reach something without truly knowing it? Napoleon Hill says that in order to influence our subconscious mind to do the things we want it to do, we must learn how to control it and direct our emotions.

3 Easy steps to help stimulate your Subconscious Mind

As described in his book, Think and Grow Rich, here are a couple of ways you can stimulate your subconscious mind and use it to its full potential:

1 - "Go into some quiet spot (preferably in bed at night) where you'll not be disturbed or interrupted, close your eyes, and repeat aloud (so you may hear your own words) the written statement of the amount of money you intend to accumulate, the time limit for its accumulation, and a description of the service or merchandise you intend to give in return for the money. As you carry out these instructions, see yourself already in possession of the money."

2 - " Repeat this program night and morning until you can see (in your imagination) the money you intend to accumulate."

3 - "Place a written copy of your statement where you can see it night and morning, and read it just before retiring, and upon rising until it has been memorized".

Keep in mind that at first you may see this as a waste of time and at times even become discouraged but DON'T!

We have been programed since kids to think a certain way and it will take time to get rid of those paradigms not just in your head but also in your subconscious mind. Stay persistent and truly believe that the principle of autosuggestion can truly work in your favor.

Also remember, that it isn't just a matter of believing but as well as acting on those beliefs so your goals and dreams can be realized.

I also got my cranberry hibiscus at Echo in Ft. Myers over 13 years ago and I love that they still pop up in my yard. I've been trying to find the exact macros this plant provides to your diet but all I ever come up with is info on either the tea or the flowers. I use the leaves in my salads daily when its growing fresh in my yard. I do prefer the smaller leaves for salad. Any additional info you may have is appreciated!
