Although Amazon's most awaited day of the year has been postponed, it had not been cancelled. Amazon officially announced that prime day this year will October 13 and 14 globally.
Prime day is the busiest days of the year for Amazon as prime members really take advantage of the once a year sale with the big online store best prices of the year and with the current situation in mind the huge online retailer decided to wait until they felt it was a safer time to proceed with prime day.
But we are finally here! Prime day is only a couple of weeks away and Amazon did not disappoint as usual. This year they are giving $10 to prime members that spend $10 on products sold by selected small U.S. based businesses. Find out more about it here.
The annual event will start at midnight of October 13th and run until midnight of October 14th in 19 countries, including Brazil and Turkey who will be participating for the first time ever.
Deals will also be available at Amazon physical stores such as Whole Foods Market, Amazon 4-star, Amazon Books, Amazon Pop Up, and Amazon Fresh so you are not limited to an online experience.
This year you can also be one of the 30 winner of a $1,000 amazon gift card when you sign up for their photo contest. All you have to do to enter is download the amazon photo app, upload a picture, add one of their prime day filters and share it to your social media account and tag amazon. Read the rules here.

Set up alerts for the deals you want to take advantage so you don't miss them when it goes live.
2 - Join an Amazon FB group
To stay on top of deals, you can join facebook groups that do the whole deal searching for you so you can continue your daily life but still score great prices.
