Get rid of old cells and promote the growth of new skin cells by exfoliating the surface of your skin. There are many body scrubs in the market and many of them contain harmful ingredient but you can easily make your own scrub with ingredients you probably already have at home.
DIY Grapefruit Body Sugar Scrub
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
8 drops grapefruit essential oil
In a large bowl, combine the sugar and vanilla extract.
Add coconut oil and Grapefruit essential oil; mix well. Add more oil if you like your scrub to be more moisturizing.
Store in an air-tight container for up to one month (two months if refrigerated).

I also got my cranberry hibiscus at Echo in Ft. Myers over 13 years ago and I love that they still pop up in my yard.
