Not gonna lie here, but I am not a huge fan of golfing and yet I had the best time at TOP GOLF in Fort Myers because it’s nothing like golfing at the country club. ⁠

It’s total vibes with good music playing in the background, a full menu which by the way their cheesy bacon fries are sooo good and there’s even a complete bar serving your favorite drink if you feel like getting a little wild as you golf . ⁠

The golfing is far from basic, you can choose to battle out your friends in the epic and exclusive Angry birds game or just simply hit the ball and aim at the targets⁠

And if you feel like taking a break, just order some more food, kick back and watch your friends hit some balls while you eat. ⁠

Para ser sincera, eu não sou muito fã de golfe, mas me diverti muito no TOP GOLF em Fort Myers porque é completamente diferente de jogar golfe em um
campo.

O ambiente é incrível, com boa música tocando ao fundo, um cardápio completo (aliás, as batatas fritas com bacon e queijo são deliciosas!) e até um bar completo com sua bebida favorita para quem quiser se divertir um pouco enquanto joga.

O golfe está longe de ser básico: você pode competir com seus amigos no épico e exclusivo jogo Angry Birds ou simplesmente bater na bola e mirar nos alvos.

Put popsicles inside an insulated cup and head over to the beach to watch the sunset for a double treat.

It’s a simple, budget friendly activity that our entire family loves.

And when we get home the kids are so tired, they knock out.

Something about being at the beach even if it’s only for a short period of time, that gets them so tired. I love it lol

Day 4 of our summer trip went a little like this…

Mountains, river, falls and tons of rock climbing and jumping.

And yes, I prefer to hike in my @adidas slides, for anyone one judging as they are wayyyy more comfy!

Pedernales falls state park in the big ol’ Texas is beyond what we expected.

To me it felt a little bit like a desert but with a mountain feel.

Definitely one of our favorite state parks so far.

Wish we had more time to explore but the next adventure calls and we gotta answer.

The sandwiches were heated in a potbelly oven providing the new name for the Chicago based sandwich shop.⁠

And day 4 of our summer trip across the country went like this…

Florida Caverns State Park left us speechless.

Can you believe it takes approximately 100 years for an inch of stalactite and stalagmite to be formed in these caves?

Crazy, right?

And the temperature was so cool I almost needed a light jacket.

There’s also a blue hole aka swimming area that we didn’t get the chance to swim on but looks super picturesque.

The wildlife is also super abundant at this state park. We saw deers, armadillos, bunnies and although we didn’t see any bats, we definitely heard them.

I am so sad we didn’t get the chance to spend more time at the Florida caverns state park which I highly recommend if you’re looking for an adventure in Florida different than beaches and theme parks.

Day 2 of road tripping, 10 more to go.
